Ever wanted to grate ginger or garlic directly into a dipping sauce? Shazam, this totally cute ceramic dish has a perforated centre allowing you to grate ginger and wasabi directly into soy sauce. Alternatively use it to pulverise ginger and keep the juice for marinades or dressings. We are realists and understand that wasabi is a slight challenge to get hold of, so use ours mainly for garlic and ginger.
