Description

Alongside the in-store services, we can also sharpen you knives via post.

The cost covers the outward and return postage of 3 knives. If you have more knives, please book multiples of 3.

Place your order and we will post out to you a pre-paid tube and wrapper to allow you to send your knives safely to us. We will sharpen them and then post them back. Take a look at the instructions on how to post your knives here.

For all the services, except sharpening, we will be in touch via email with an exact quotation once the knife is received. We will email the invoice after the repair is finished, and will post the knives once the payment is received.

We will send you dispatch information when your knives have been posted to you. Turnaround is usually four to seven working days but please allow for postal times and bear in mind that the workshop doesn't work weekends. If you require a next day service, please select this option. All postage is a fully tracked service. 

Postage and packing materials are all fully recyclable.

THE SMALL PRINT:

- We do not accept serrated knives

- Please note that if you choose not to have your knife repaired, the fee for postage is non-refundable.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We dispatch orders Monday - Friday with our post collection time at midday. Next day delivery orders need to be placed before 9am to guarantee dispatch.  We are able to provide tracking information for orders which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING?

No problem at all. Everything is beautifully packaged so it will look all present-y and special, and you can also add gift wrapping to your order. Put any gift message in the notes section. We will leave out the shipping note to protect the gift-giver's modesty. Job done. Sit back and wait for the rounds of effusive thanks!

CAN I CLICK AND COLLECT?

Orders purchased through the website can be collected from either shop. Please select which store you would like to collect from and wait for email confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect. Stock differs between the warehouse and in-store so it can take up to three days for your order to be fulfilled.

All items on the website are located in the UK and shipped from the UK.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN IT?

Our returns policy is 30 days for any item in an unused saleable condition. Please look at our full policy here.
