Reservation fee for knife sharpening while-you-wait, at BOROUGH YARDS (SHOP - Unit 214 Borough Yards, 20 Dirty Lane, SE1 9AD).

The fee reserves the appointment and is not the total sharpening cost. Please also note that the while you wait service is charged at x1.5 rate and you should allow for £15 per knife. 

The reservation fee will be deducted from the bill for sharpening. It is non-refundable and we are unable to alter appointment times.

Please book as follows:

- 1 knife: 20 minutes

- 2-4 knives: 40 minutes

- 5-6 knives: 60 minutes

While-you-wait sharpening can only take place if the knives are in a readily sharpenable condition. We reserve the right to sharpen knives over a longer period if they are damaged, require re-profiling or are a repair job. 

Please turn up on time for your appointment- if you are late, we cannot guarantee to be able to sharpen your knives.
