If you are redeeming a voucher online, you need the 16 digit code emailed to the person purchasing the voucher. We are not able to access this information but can re-send the email to the person who purchased the voucher. The shorter alphanumeric beginning KP is the order number and will not work. 

If you are redeeming the voucher in store, please have the email with the 16-digit code or the gift card.
