Combat the "mid-January meh" with vegetables

It is mid January, the weather is a bit "meh", and hibernation until at least April is looking like a very tempting option. While we aren't the people to hold forth about New Year's resolutions or the latest gluten-dairy-fat-sugar-food-free diet, it does seem like January, after a Christmas of shovelling everything in sight into our gobs, is the time for upping the fruit and vegetable quota and reducing the pork products. To boost our own vegetable intake we took a few photos. Like the before (or perhaps the after?) photos in a gym advertisement. Full of health. Crunchy and crisp. Just like our abs.
