Tomato salad

"How dull. A tomato salad." Yeah, true but I'm not going to knock it when tomatoes are right in season and a decent bottle of olive oil is to hand. With just a little salt, pepper and red wine vinegar and topped with a few dots of goats curd, this is really something special. 

We made one in six seconds which, in non-Vine time, equates to about three minutes kitchen time. Perfect for when it is just too hot for the kitchen.
