The wafting smells of cut grass, the blossoming trees and blooming flowers, the warm breeze in the evening... all of these things have started to convince us that spring is well and truly here. That and our first ice lolly of the summer (£1 bloomin fifty... I tell you!). This spring in our step has taken us to the greengrocers where we have been snagging bunches of ruby and purple radishes, snappingly fresh asparagus and the cutest dinky little artichokes. 

Before rustling these up into very virtuous salads and sides, we took a few photos. Hopefully these will make you feel as full of those spring joys as we are!
