How we are sipping our gin in January

January, oh gloomy, rainy January. Our SAD is being soothed in part by a good measure of bespoke gin and our new favourite way of serving it.
Pink grapefruit gives a vitamin C hit and brings out the citrus notes in our latest blend. We have been adding a generous squeeze and a chunky slice of pink grapefruit to the glass along with a couple of generous handfuls of ice cubes. This is topped up with tonic and on the top we have added a few grinds of black pepper. Yummers and guaranteed to banish any January blues.
