Exciting news... we wrote a book! All about Japanese knives with words and diagrams and beautiful beautiful photographs. It has been a pleasure to put together and to share all the knowledge we have accumulated about knifemaking in Japan, the hottest makers, the hottest forges and how this tradition has developed. We want to share our favourite makers, run through the knife shapes to know, and share our most-prized knife care tips.
