Tamagoyaki pan - copper, with wooden lid

Supposedly, sushi aficionados often base their first impressions on a sushi bar by their tamagoyaki. Perfect yours with this pan designed especially for the job (obvs it can be used for other stuff as well).

The pan comes without the handle attached but includes a nail to hold it in place. I would advise pre-drilling the handle slightly to help get the nail in place, otherwise - unless you are a Jedi - expect a few bent nails.
