Booking trips to Japan. Sussing out the itinerary; frantically combing Tabelog for "must eat" places; flight booking and route planning and road mapping. It is ABSOLUTELY our favourite thing to do. Bar none. And here we are again for a much anticipated Easter trip. This video is a little intro to how we do the planning process and the start of an - I am sure lengthy - hype train about all things Japanese and travel and Japanese travel.
