These fantastic bamboo cooking chopsticks are fast becoming a favourite among western chefs. They are lightweight, so excellent for prolonged use and allow easy manipulation of delicate ingredients.  

Saunders says:

" I find myself reaching for these on a daily basis for any prodding, stirring or lifting. They are particularly useful in place of a whisk. When whisking up some eggs, or while making miso soup as they allow the soup to be mixed without damaging the delicate tofu."

Made from bamboo. Two choices for length: 39cm or 36cm. How long can you handle?
