We are in full floral mode in June and have gone green with our gin choices this month. We mixed up a Green tea gimlet using this recipe. We used a citrus blend of gin to pair with the limes and added in a floral ice cube to make it even more summery. It does look a touch murky in the above photo but tasted pretty delicious.
