Want something to pep up your salmon fillet and add a little more flavour to your chicken? Liven up your BBQ and give the wood kit a go. Try wrapping your meat in either cedar or maple grilling papers, or cooking your side of salmon on top of the cedar plank, or, for vegetarians, using it to roast vegetables or asparagus. This cooking method imparts a woody, smoky flavour and can be used either on a BBQ or in the oven. 

Saunders says:

"When we stumbled across these wooden food wraps we snapped them up straight away. You simply soak them before wrapping them round your chosen ingredient. Cooking methods can either be a BBQ (watch out for potential flare ups) or an oven. These are super simple to use and add a lovely subtle wood taste, quite different from smoke."

The kit contains four cedar and four maple grilling papers with string. The kiln dried cedar salmon plank measures 22cm x 15cm x 1cm. We also include instructions and suggestions for use.
