A terrifyingly sharp bread knife that, while expensive, is worth every penny if you're serious about baking or cutting your fingers.
SHAPE: Bread knife. This isn't your normal bread knife though. Its convex profile helps with the natural sawing motion with the weight nearer the front. This enables ultra thin bread slicing.
STEEL: Stainless steel.
FINISH: Polished or blue glazed. This is a process seldom seen in Solingen today. It involves smoothing or polishing the blade surface using using progressively finer compounds. This creates a very smooth feeling blade while also helping with rust prevention.
