We were keen to offer an alternative to the Opinel in the bread department and knew the contender had to be from Japan. This little number is sharp and will make quick work of sourdough and anything else you throw in front of it. 

Saunders says:

"While the Opinel is a little sturdier, I do like the added length that this blade offers."


The blade is stainless steel and 30cm long.
