This petty comes in two sizes to suit all your needs.
SHAPE: Petty. The smallest knife in the collection and perfect for everyday slicing tasks.
STEEL: The core steel is made from Shirogami 1 (white paper) carbon steel which has been clad with stainless steel. This means that only the exposed carbon steel along the edge will discolour.
FINISH: Nashi. This is the Japanese word for a pear and this finish is said to look like the skin of a pear. Rough, with a matt finish ensuring vegetables are released during cutting.
HANDLE: Burnt chestnut with a plastic ferrule.
