Cold Bruer - slow drip cold brew
This product is currently sold out.
The Cold Bruer uses a slow drip method to produce a less acidic, naturally sweeter brew that brings out the complex flavours of the coffee. The brewing process becomes a doddle with up to 600ml of cold brew made in under four hours. It can be set up and left to brew and, once ready, will last up to a fortnight if refrigerated.
"Flat whites are so last year. Now it is all about the cold brew. A technique that allows the flavours of the coffee to develop and produces a far superior iced coffee. Having fallen for the caramel and fruit notes that this processing technique unleashes, we jumped at the chance to get our hands on a Cold Bruer. This will be a permanent fixture in our fridge until autumn."
Best of all, they are produced in California by an innovative small producer, focused on connecting valves to filters to funnels to develop just the right equipment.
