Video - Kimchi jeon. Round two

Our love for fermented cabbage shows no sign of abating. It has been stuffed inside cheese toasties, piled on burgers and chopstick-ed straight out of the fridge into our eager mouths. The orange stinky-stuff features most regularly in kimchi jeon, a quick fix instant pancake-type affair that we first featured here. It is ridiculously easy and lip smackingly delicious. That plate in the video? That was licked clean once the camera had stopped rolling.

I should add that we have tweaked the recipe only slightly. 1/2 cup rice flour, 1/2 plain flour, 1 cup water, salt to taste and mixed with 1/2 cup kimchi and approximately the same of the chives. (still works with all plain flour though).
